Capricorn Coast Historical Society Inc.
The
CCHS is an active group dedicated to collecting the story
of our past and preserving it as living history.
Our region covers Yeppoon and the Capricorn Coast
which is situated along the coast of Central
Queensland
Donations
of photos, documents, books, artefacts, memorabilia,
either as a donation or for copying, are requested.
We
invite interested people to join us in this endeavour -
everyone has a skill we can use and you will enjoy the work.
Activities
include history tours, displays, publishing,
instructional workshops, as well as collection, preservation and indexing
of archival material and photos.
